Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
You can easily delete your account and all associated data directly from the Zyqolix app:
- Open the Zyqolix app and log in to your account.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the Security section.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.
Method 2: Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion by emailing us at hello@sutra108.com.
Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address or phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What happens when you delete your account?
When your account is deleted:
- Your profile, photos, matches, and messages will be permanently removed from our active database.
- You will no longer be visible to other users.
- Any active subscriptions billed through Apple or Google Play will not be automatically canceled. You must cancel them in your device settings.
